Silver Rose Management takes creators to a full-time income — brand strategy, content production, cross-platform growth, and day-to-day subscriber engagement, handled end to end. We specialise in a mix: creators starting with no prior experience, creators coming out of agencies that got them nowhere, and creators already earning on their own who have hit a ceiling.
Long-term partnership,
not short-term extraction.
We work with a limited roster so every account gets real attention: honest expectations, a repeatable documented growth process, and success measured in years, not months.
Results
These are month-by-month statements from creators on our roster, exactly as their own dashboards show them — twelve consecutive months, June 2025 through May 2026. Each figure is what the account earned on the platform that month. Underneath every card we've done the arithmetic that actually matters: what the creator takes home after our 50/50 split.

Each row is one month of earnings on the platform, newest at the top. Read them bottom to top and you are watching an account being built — the third creator was making $4,011 a month when we started and passed $41,000 twelve months later.
We work on a 50/50 split, so half of every figure above is the creator's. On these three accounts that is $11,838, $20,739 and $25,354 in the most recent month alone — and $131,905, $182,569 and $234,771 across the twelve months.
These are not our best accounts. We picked three that show the shape of a normal year with us: one creator scaling from almost nothing, one already established and still climbing, one steady in the low twenties every month.
Every figure here is real and unedited, and creator names and profile photos have been removed at their request. That said, these are three specific accounts rather than an average of our roster, and they had a full twelve months of work behind them. What you earn depends on your niche, how much content you can produce, how consistently you show up, and plenty that none of us controls. Nothing on this page is a promise or a projection of your own earnings, and results are never guaranteed.
Positioning, aesthetic, niche and voice defined from the ground up, then a marketing plan built around what makes you distinct.
Raw footage and photo sets turned into polished, platform-ready content — cut, color, captioned, and formatted for each platform.
Coordinated calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, and Facebook, tailored to each platform's norms.
Continuous monitoring, appeal support when flags happen, and funnel strategy that never depends on a single platform.
Our in-house chat team handles day-to-day engagement, pay-per-view, and retention — in your voice, within your boundaries.
Secure, organized storage and scheduling systems so nothing gets lost and nothing falls through the cracks.

Questions
The questions we get on nearly every intro call, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone.
No — that's who this agency was built for. Most of our roster came to us with a few hundred followers or none at all. We're not looking for someone who already has an audience we can cash in; we're looking for someone willing to show up consistently while we build the audience with you. If you already have a following, that's a head start, not a requirement.
The honest answer is that it varies more than any agency's marketing admits. The first few weeks go into things that don't pay immediately — positioning, your content system, and building traffic across platforms. Earnings usually follow the traffic rather than arriving alongside it.
What we will do is give you a realistic picture on your intro call based on your niche and how much content you can produce, and then show you monthly data so you can see whether it's tracking. If we don't think we can move the needle for you, we'll say so instead of signing you.
Marketing and brand positioning, niche selection, editing your raw footage into platform-ready content, running a coordinated posting calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X and Facebook, monitoring account health and handling appeals when a platform flags something, and our in-house team handling day-to-day subscriber messaging and sales. We also keep your files and scheduling organised so nothing gets lost.
The short version: you film, we run the business around it.
No. We're strictly an OnlyFans agency and we don't monetise anywhere else. OnlyFans is the most brand-recognised and the most lucrative platform in this space, so that's where all of our time and attention goes — rather than splitting it across half a dozen sites and doing none of them properly.
We do run your marketing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X and Facebook, but those are traffic sources feeding your OnlyFans, not separate income streams we manage.
The industry standard is a 50/50 split, and that's what we work on in the large majority of cases. It's a share of what we help you earn rather than a fee you pay up front, so we only do well when you do.
If there's something unusual about your situation we'll talk it through on the intro call, but you should plan on 50/50 — and you'll have the number in writing before you sign anything. Nothing gets buried in the contract.
You aren't locked in for any set period — our contracts carry no fixed term. The agreement exists to protect both sides and to put expectations in writing: what we're committing to, what we need from you, and how either of us can step away if it isn't working.
We'd rather keep you because the work is good than because a piece of paper says we can. Read it with your own lawyer if you'd like — we'd encourage it. And if you ever do decide to leave, your accounts and files go with you.
You do, all of it. Your content is yours, your accounts are in your name, and you keep your own logins the entire time — OnlyFans, Instagram, every social account. You can sign into any of them whenever you want. We access and manage them on your behalf; we never take possession of them.
That includes accounts we build from scratch for you. If we ever part ways, every social account we created and grew goes with you. We don't hold anything back and we don't keep a copy of your audience.
This is the question we get most, and it's a fair one. We can geo-block your content so it isn't viewable in your town, your state, or any region you name, which is the single most effective tool for keeping your work away from people nearby. We can also keep your real name off everything public and watermark content to make reposting easier to trace and take down.
No agency can promise total anonymity on the internet, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. What we can do is take every practical precaution and be honest about the residual risk before you commit.
No. We work with faceless creators, and it's a legitimate long-term strategy rather than a compromise — it just changes the approach. Faceless accounts lean harder on body-focused branding, voice, styling and a distinctive aesthetic, and the growth curve tends to be a little slower at the start. We'll tell you honestly what to expect either way.
Our in-house chat team handles day-to-day messaging, pay-per-view and retention. They work from a voice guide built with you — how you speak, what you call people, the things you'd never say — so the tone stays yours. Subscribers experience it as talking to you.
You set the boundaries and we hold them. Anything outside what you've agreed to gets escalated to you, never improvised.
Always, and we document your limits during onboarding so nobody on the team has to guess. Your boundaries are yours to set and yours to change at any point — tell us and we update the guide the same day. We will never push you toward content you're uncomfortable making, and no earnings target overrides that.
Most of our creators spend a few hours a week filming, plus a short check-in. The editing, posting, captions, scheduling, messaging and platform admin sit with us. The creators who grow fastest are the ones who batch their filming into one or two focused sessions a week rather than shooting in bits and pieces.
We hear this constantly, and the usual story is the same: signed alongside dozens of other creators, handed a generic playbook, then left with vague reporting and no one answering messages.
We keep a deliberately small roster so every account gets real attention, we rebuild the plan around where you're actually starting from, and you get monthly data reviews in plain language rather than a dashboard screenshot and a shrug. You can also talk to creators already on our roster before you sign.
We read every application ourselves and come back to you either way. If it looks like a fit, we set up a call — no pressure, no pitch deck — to go through your goals, what you can realistically produce, and what we think is achievable. You'd get the proposed terms in writing to review on your own time.
Nothing is signed on that call. If it's not right for either of us, we'll tell you plainly.
Still have a question we haven't answered? Ask us directly — a real person reads it, and you'll get a straight answer.
